Cleaning

The purpose of cleaning, specifically within the rapidly expanding electronics industry, is to essentially improve product lifetime by ensuring good surface resistance and by preventing current leakage leading to PCB failure.

IPA - Suitable for all electronic and PCB cleaning
ULC - Highly penetrating cleaning solvent for removing heavy deposits
ECSP - Very fast evaporating cleaning solvent. Removes grease, dirt and most fluxes. Completely residue-free.

Freezing

  • Standard freezer for non-sensitive, electronic fault finding
  • Can aid mechanical shrink fitting
  • Non-flammable, cools down to -55¢XC
  • Prevents damage to components during soldering
